Welcome to Loughborough Tuition Centre. By enrolling in our tuition services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which help us to maintain a professional, fair, and effective learning environment.

1. Lesson Attendance and Cancellations

Each tuition session is booked in advance, and a time slot is reserved specifically for your child.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled or refunded unless by the discretion of the Centre Manager. Some work may be provided for your child to complete at home and bring to their next session.
If you provide more than 24 hours’ notice, we will do our best to reschedule the missed session, subject to availability. Make-up sessions must be taken within the same calendar month where possible.

2. Payments and Deposits

Tuition fees are payable weekly in advance via GoCardless (Subscription).
A 2-week deposit is required before tuition begins. This deposit is held on account and will be used to cover the 2-week notice period when tuition comes to an end.
The deposit is non-refundable if notice is not provided, or if tuition is ended with immediate effect.
Ongoing lessons must be paid for in full and on time to secure your child’s place.
Fees will be reviewed on an annual basis and communicated accordingly.

3. Arrival and Collection

Students should arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the scheduled start time of their lesson.
Parents/guardians must ensure that students are collected promptly at the end of the session.
If a student is not collected on time, a late collection fee may be charged to cover additional staffing costs.
Repeated late collections may result in a review of the student’s place at the Centre.

4. Ending Tuition

A minimum of 2 weeks’ written notice is required if you wish to end tuition.
Notice must be submitted in writing via email to: admin@loughboroughtuitioncentre.co.uk
The deposit paid at the start will be used to cover this notice period, provided that proper notice is given.

5. General Policies

Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for academic progress.
If a student is late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
Loughborough Tuition Centre reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, with reasonable notice.
